“A lovely site, peaceful and serene. The gardens are well maintained and that is the first thing you see when entering the venue. The organisation of the service was carried out by the funeral directors but the chapel was bright and clean with fresh flowers on pedestals either side of the coffin. The ability to use the screen situated above the coffin area that was showing a picture of my Mother was well received by the mourners. Although the service was short it was just right for us and my Mother would have approved.”

“Lovely and peaceful in a beautiful setting. Staff showed empathy and professionalism in equal measure. Seats extremely comfortable. The pavilion was a lovely location for light refreshments afterwards. Cannot recommend it more highly.”

“We recently said goodbye to our wonderful Dad, Poppa and Great Poppa here, what a beautiful place, very tranquil inside and out. Modern, light and airy with comfortable chairs and sofas, mood lighting and screens to display images and hymns. The service was not rushed and felt like there was a peaceful ambience both inside and out, which made it a perfect setting for a perfect gentleman. Thank you so much to all involved in making a very difficult time so much easier to cope with. We would highly recommend this place for a beautiful celebration of a loved ones life.”

“The atmosphere was very calm and still, helping us to relax and focus on the service to remember Mum and fill the space with love and memories. The seating was comfortable with plenty of room to offer comfort and support if needed. The lighting, musical and visual tributes came across well and enhanced a sensitive service. Mum was treated with respect at all times and I felt that the communication between the funeral directors, celebrant, Crematorium and mourners was clear and enabled us all to do the best for her.”

“We as a family were very pleased with the service provided by Memoria. My son Guy Mawdsley was cremated there on August 13th 2025. The facilities for providing our chosen music and photographic memories of my son were excellent. It was good to be able to choose our preferred minister to conduct the service. The chapel is modern but beautiful, with a quiet respectful atmosphere. It is spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family and my sons many friends. His ashes were returned to us the next day. Thanks to all concerned. Audrey Currie (Mawdsley).”

“Although arranded through Dignity (Suzanne/Simon from Wantage), the setting is very appropriate for the sad occassion/service, including parking and facilities June, the Celebrant was excerllent - even allowing the "odd" swear word (in context) during Eulogy and allowing me to share one glass of Whisky with my father whilst delivering it Thank-you to you all”
