“The grounds are beautiful even in Winter, there is plenty of parking available. We were given plenty of time before my mum's funeral and plenty of time after so as to not feel rushed or an inconvenience. The crematorium itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are really respectful.”

“we had a lovely service for my late husband on the 1st December at St Asaph, the facilities were great, it is truly a lovely location, but I do have a comment about it, as there were over 200 attending the service, unfortunately some were situated outside, and as the weather was bad on this morning, and as they were cold, and were not aware that we had a visual service, so consequently some left before the service ended, it is a great pity that the canopy does not cover more of the outside, and a great pity also that the inside only seats 106 or so? it is probably too late to rectify this, but should be taken into consideration in the future for new building. More and more people are requesting cremation rather than Church or Chapel , therefore it is certainly worth discussing in the future. thank you for the opportunity to mention this, and thank you again for contacting me thank you for allowing me to”

“We chose this because of the peaceful atmosphere and the surrounding, my husbands celebration was absolutely beautiful every one who attended which was out the doors said how beautiful the whole service was from walking in and the atmosphere, my only downside was that I just needed a little longer but as I said it was little ,a massive thankyou to all concerned who showed my husband dignity, he would have loved it and at peace”

“My heart felt thanks (and those of our family and friends who attended), for the efforts and professionalism (and dedication - love) that our; Celebrant, Funeral Home, Funeral Services personnel (Office included) and indeed the Waveney Crematorium staff and facilities made, to ensure that my mother's Funeral Service was a true Celebration of a; long life well-lived. We planned well (with assiatnce at every stage) and our plan was seen through to the letter, even the change of lighting during a brief; "personal reflection" period, within the service itself. You got the big things right and sometimes the smaller bits become lost, or, diminished, but thankfully, this was most certainly not the case. All I can say is thank you so very much for all that you have done to help us in a very difficult phase of our lives. Ten out of ten. Your facilities and grounds were immaculate and a wonderful place, in which one could reflect and mourn, or just quietly contemplate happy memories. I guess you did not have a hand in it, but the day for mid November was warm and the sun shone throughout. Mum would have loved everything you did, as do we. Thank you so very much one and all.
