“I couldn't fault the place at all . Pleasant and warm considering the circumstances. Though maybe more time needed between services so others not getting ready to go in and amother hearse and mourners arriving as leaving .”

“Not previously attending a service at this relatively new location I had heard nothing but praise from those who had already attended services at Memoria North Oxford. My thoughts were mainly for my recently departed wife but the service went well and without fail everyone attending commented on the excellent service in an excellent building and surrounds. Comments that I fully endorse. Thank you”

“The site is probably unknown to a lot of people, but I've been there twice now and I have to say I'm very impressed. The gardens and clean and tidy, plenty of parking and the room in which the service was held was very nice. They have two TVs up where you can show images of your loved one and also the ability to scan an image onto the wall (in our case, my Dad's favourite football club). They also played our favourite music, making the whole process very personal. The service, conducted by Rachel Koncewicz was lovely and she managed to raise a few smiles. In all, it was a perfect service.”

“We only have a really short commital as we had a full service at a local church. Everything went smoothly at the crematorium for the short time we were there.”

“Beautiful surroundings , very polite and couldn't wish for nicer people , the whole ceremony was perfect in every way , the celebrant was amazing and so caring with her manner , my family and myself could not fault any aspect of the time spent at Barnby Moor , I would recommend Memoria to everyone , they also made the funeral arrangement process very easy , at a time of great sadness , thank you to all for a very special day .”

“My late husband's funeral took place here. It all went very well despite the sad occasion. All my dealings with Memoria have been most pleasant. The surroundings at North Hertfordshire Crematorium are extremely peaceful and the grounds and gardens look lovely.”
