“Well where to start I had never been to northop crematorium before I was very overwhelmed with such a beautiful setting for a very emotional and daunting day it made the day feel so special my mum would of been so proud that we picked such a beautiful place for my family to say there final goodbyes a special place for a special person thank you Northop Crematorium”

“Beautiful environment. Lovely atmosphere. Love being able to show photos . And how the coffin is sat is lovely and comforting. And the use if colour is a nice tiuch My only complaint would be its can be very blowy when you are waiting outside. Could do with some protection to it .”

“Very nice setting, everything was clean and well kept. The staff made everything easy, we didn't have to worry or even think about anything, not that we were thinking much due to the reason we were there. We didn't feel rushed to leave and could speak to people before leaving. It's very well run and I can recommend it. It's easy to find, just off the A55, so all the people not local got there without hassle.”

“A beautiful setting, very clean and well kept. The facilities on offer were much appreciated as there was only a small number of us in attendance. We used the 'choir' to help us with the singing and we also used the webcam so our relatives in Canada could take part in the service. Your administration staff (Natalie) was extremely helpful in explaining and providing us with the cremation certificate to enable us to have an internment elsewhere.”

“the whole service was conducted in a memorial way, the response from the people paying their last respect to Gloria, were impressed by the service, especially Steven Haughton. He spoke clearly and respectfully. I like to thank everybody involved in the service to my wife Gloria.”

“I was told by the funeral directors that the time limit for the service was 1 hour, so I allowed for 4 tributes to be read out and 4 pieces of music to be played. It transpires that we should be in and out in 40 mins, allowing time for the next funeral to go in. We had to cut one of the tributes out at the last minute, which was very disappointing. It's a lovely room with comfy seats.”
