“We didn’t really want to plan a funeral. Who does? Having said that, we could not have been happier with the customer service and lovely, well cared for, clean venue offered by Memoria at the North Oxford Crematorium. We really felt that we did Dave proud. Lovely grounds, loads of parking and a waiting room. Plenty of time between bookings. Easy access and a beautiful, new, tranquil room for the service with comfy seats, lovely decor and a lecturn with microphone for those speaking so everyone could hear. The music was super easy to arrange and it sounded great and there is a lovely screen for a slide show of photos or just one if you wish. The manager is lovely if you do have any queries although most liaison is between them and the funeral director and/or your celebrant. I cant recommend enough. It made what was a terribly difficult day a whole lot easier.”

“Funerals are never the happiest of occasions, but the crematorium in Countesthorpe is located in lovely location, with the service being conducted in a bright and airy building with large window looking over open fields which helped to make the whole ordeal a much less sombre occasion, and the staff were both kind and helpful.”
