“Excellent, comfortable, warm venue for a funeral service, whether it is religious or not. Photos can be set to your own choice of music to recall special moments and happier times. Quiet gardens surround the area. The roads to the venue are quiet and there is a good size car park. There are different celebrants available to guide and speak for you at this difficult time. As it has become more popular there is not too much spare time between different services to stand around and talk, but there are a few choices of places for a gathering close by via a car.”

“Lovely location and good management of music and videography. However, it does seem a bit like a conveyor belt, with one congregation in the front and one out the back. Exiting into the car park is not the best either. It would be nicer to have the exit into the memorial garden.”

“Lovely modern building, well designed, with comfortable seating, two tv screens, the option of using a projector photo, lighting options, etc. Lovely gardens, water features, etc. The staff were very helpful before and after the event. One hour was plenty of time, nice not to be rushed. Many thanks to Copping's funeral director staff and everyone at the Memoria venue.”

“What a beautiful, peaceful setting to say goodbye. Couldn’t have picked a lovelier place. Easy to find/travel to. Facilities were excellent, family met and chatted in the waiting room, which was lovely and comfortable. The crematorium is a short walk through the gardens, it’s beautifully appointed. As the site is out of town, there is a real peace about the whole place. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
