“I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my dad’s funeral. The staff were fantastic, the crematorium grounds are beautiful. The inside was perfect, we felt very comfortable and we’re so pleased with the venue. Would definitely recommend.”

“The service from Memoria was unobtrusive but top notch. Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Memoria crematorium is a nice location, with a pleaseant modern chapel set in large grounds. The funeral service was well organised, and the music we requested and video links worked seamlessly. Though there is a set time for the service it did not feel rushed, and our celbrant Ceri Lou was so good with the eulogy and also guiding here needed.”

“The cremation itself ran as it should. The staff were great and the building had been decorated to a high spec making it a pleasant place to be. However the scattering of the ashes was not such an easy process. The attendant failed to meet the family at tj agreed time. I had to call reception to ask where they were. We were told we had the wrong date, which I know is not the case. We then had to sit and watch another funeral enter the crematorium, which was upsetting given how raw our emotions were.”
