“My wife and I called in to view the crematorium without an appointment. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were offered coffee or tea and shown the facility only when the candles had been lit. What a lovely facility! Carpets, comfy chairs and so many options to choose (photo tributes, music, lighting, etc.). Following our visit, we had no doubts about holding Dad's Service/Celebration of Life at Barnby Moor. The Funeral Directors managed all subsequent discussions with the crematorium on our behalf. The Service was lovely.”

“The room was very pleasant and bright to be in, having been re-decorated and re-furnished since visiting for a funeral last year. The only issue we had was that no one had put out the Dontations Box in the Crematorium - we raised this with the funeral director at the time as there was no one available from the crematorium to speak with but he couldnt find anyone to ask about this either. Dontations had to be collected by the family to be sent off to the respective charities. Apart from that, everything proceeded to order.”

“As a family we were extremely happy with the service provided at Waveney crematorium. The staff were approachable, courteous, and respectful. The crematorium had a calm and serene ambience and made a difficult day a pleasant experience. My young grandson has autism and was allowed to tour the crematorium prior to the funeral to familiarise himself with the setting. The member of staff was very helpful in explaining the process, and presented him with a teddy to accompany him and comfort him on the day, which was extremely thoughtful. The gardens are stunning and even though it's only been a few weeks, we have already enjoyed returning to think about our loved one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waveney Crematorium to other families.”

“The facilities were very calming and peaceful. At such a sad time, everyone was considerate and helpful. The chapel was light, airy and modern. The music and the slideshow of photographs went very smoothly. As a family we were pleased with the service provided.”

“On this occasion I was there for my late Husband's Funeral service I personally didn't have any issues . But afterwards some friends told me about one of the attendees going down and taking the reserved signs down of the side of the seating and whilst outside being told to hurry up as they had another funeral coming in .”
