“The Grounds were beautiful and brought a calming atmusphere at a very hard time, the insides were clean and comforting and the service was carried out without worrys on how the day would be completed, the Revered Alison made sure everything was carried out without any issues and we didnt have to worry or even think about what was going to happen, the grounds had plenty of parking for everyone to be able to attend even giving us options of additional places for people to view the service, the bears that were given to the grandchildren were a beautiful gesture and brought them comfort.”

“Very pleasant room , and comfy seats but was very awkward entrance as there was dog poo on the carpet as we came in we were warned but took away the moment of carrying my dear mum in Strange because we saw notices saying no dogs allowed Such a shame”

“Barnby Dun Crematorium is a lovely, bright and airy building. The main room is all in neutral light grey with full windows to one side. It's so modern with TVs, light that you can customise, the option to stream the services and sofas instead of benches. The grounds themselves are lovely and green and everything is eco friendly. The service itself although painful was the best it could be. It wasn't rushed and time was allowed for proper goodbyes. The cremation itself afterwards was fairly quick and ashes received back just over after the funeral. Highly recommend Barnby Dun.”

“The premises were very well maintained and welcoming and inside there was a very light and airy feeling which helped lift the mood a little. Furnishings were comfortable and all of the equipment seemed to be of good quality and worked faultlessly, and the staff were friendly and performed their duties unobtrusively .”
