“I felt so lucky that the funeral directors we chose were so kind and helpful in our decision making of the type of funeral my husband wished. They said they would look after him as if he was their dad and they did. In a strange way all the personnel we met became part of our family during this short period of contact we had with them”

“Really lovely location and facilities. My only comment was that it was a really cold day. Upon exiting the chapel into the covered area it was quite uncomfortable and cold due to the wind coming through under the bottom of the side screens - I guess a Covid measure.”

“The short service at the Crematorium followed a church service. All was as requested at the Crematorium. Music choices were correct, and the atmosphere was lovely and as expected.”

“Beautiful, peaceful, clean and well presented location inside and out. All staff were very professional, paitient and kind, explaining through everything and making sure we were as comfortable as you could be in those circumstances. Couldn't have asked for a better place to say good bye to my father.”

“This Crematorium is perfect for small to medium services. It is so tastefully decorated and has very luxurious padded bench seating with backs, so you can sit back comfortably and listen to the service without fidgeting! I thoroughly recommend it. Parking on site is good too. Beautiful grounds. No negative comments.”

“I had my husbands funeral at Memorial Flintshire, it is a lovely venue the service is nor rushed in any way, comfortable seating, the slide show of pictures is lovely and I like the picture that you can have over the catafalque for all of the service. A very sad time but made as pleasurable as it can be”

“I cannot thank Memoria enough. The building and grounds are immaculate and the staff were so helpful when we returned to view the flowers. Everything is so well organised. It made a difficult day easier. The location, environment and the building itself were perfect. We were given lots of information and links to support if required. I would not hesitate in recommending Barnby Moor.”
