“I think it would be helpful to be able to have longer between services as we were unable to greet all attendees and many did not attend the wake.”

“Everything went as planned, and the your facilities are without doubt of a very high standard. If I did have one criticism it would be that if you work full time and at a weekend you are not open for me to come and visit. Also I would of liked my mums picture video returned.”

Our relatives took great comfort at the professional way every aspect of the day was managed, and all the detail requested by the family was flawlessly implemented. “We were very impressed with the facilities and presentation of the service, lighting and picture of our mother on screen was excellent. We felt it would be better if space on exit for greeting attendees wa s bigger and more sheltered, particularly if service is well attended.”

“The location is beautiful, the Chapel is very comfortable and clean, and just right for a service. I particularly liked the projection of my father's name above the bier. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, and I was reassured from the moment I arrived that the service would go well, and it did. The only issue we had was that my mother is in a wheelchair now and there was no ramp to facilitate us getting her into the waiting room ... luckily the weather was fine but it would have been a problem if it had been raining. Please can a ramp or step-free access be provided for that building?”

“I would like to thank Memoria for the service they provided at my late father's funeral in February. Everything was well organised and nothing was too much trouble, including, unbeknown to me, the inclusion of the RAF logo and insignia on the wall above my father's coffin. He would have been very touched, as we as a family were. We felt he had been given a lovely and dignified farewell. Thank you.”
