The location is beautiful, the Chapel is very comfortable and clean, and just right for a service. I particularly liked the projection of my father's name above the bier. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, and I was reassured from the moment I arrived that the service would go well, and it did. The only issue we had was that my mother is in a wheelchair now and there was no ramp to facilitate us getting her into the waiting room ... luckily the weather was fine but it would have been a problem if it had been raining. Please can a ramp or step-free access be provided for that building?
