“Batting Pads and Abdo Guard arrived within stated timeframe. Both are Christmas presents, so haven’t been used yet. If I was being picky, the box could have been a lot smaller, as the pads only just took up half the length of the box.”

“Unfortunately I’ve not received any of the 3 items I ordered. They were inner gloves, gloves and pads. I have also received no indication when I will be getting these items. If I was to rate Kookabura sport, using the star system,it would be “very poor” but I don’t like doing that so I’ll just do the poor one in the hope my order actually arrives eventually.”

H Ian, I looked into this for you and noticed that all the items you ordered were new 2025 range products marked clearly as pre-order only and would be shipped as soon as available. We are just waiting for the pads to arrive into stock and then your order will be sent out. I'm sorry if there has been confusion however our site did clearly state pre-order against all the products you ordered.

Hi Imran, I had had a look at this for you. The product you have order is only available on pre-order as it has just been launched as part of our 2025 range. Our website does state the item is on pre-order. Once we have it available we will arrange delivery for you.
