Good Morning, I'm sorry you haven't received your order yet. I can see you placed it in between Christmas and New Year when our offices were closed. We re-opened today and all orders placed over the holiday period will now be shipped. Please be assured your order will be with you this week.

Am still awaiting my order - have received no confirmation that it has been dispatched and am still waiting! I’m afraid this ask of feedback is an example of poor connection between marketing and operations ! An update on my order would be a great first step please

Ordered 2 grips and a ball on a Friday. Heard nothing. Following Friday received a phone call to say the order hadn’t even been dispatched and one of the items wasn’t in stock. Cancelled and still awaiting refund

I was charged for something that was out of stock and it was not delivered. A pretty basic failure.

I had ordered a pad for which I paid a delivery within UK, it had little mark on it so I emailed through website and the only response I got was return to the address for which again I would had to pay delivery charge. So I requested if possible am ok to keep the pads put me some discount but there has been no reply on the same. It was mentioned on sign in 10% discount I used the code but not a single penny was discounted and I paid the full billing amount.

Not the best. Ordered a hockey stick size 35, and they decided to send me a 26! Disappointed. I wasn’t able to play in my important hockey match against Manchester Grammar because of this ridiculous mistake by kookaburra. Then took another 5 days to reply for return!

Good Afternoon, I have looked into this for you and I can see that a size 26" stick was ordered from our website and we shipped it the following day. On this occasion I cannot see that we have made an error however please do contact us if you would like to discuss further.

Hi Imran, I had had a look at this for you. The product you have order is only available on pre-order as it has just been launched as part of our 2025 range. Our website does state the item is on pre-order. Once we have it available we will arrange delivery for you.

Can't review the youth 2.1 wicketkeepers gloves because I haven't received them yet (7days) still waiting! No communication about hold up, no tracking information. Assumed going dirct to brand of choice would be better faster etc...never assume aye. Lots of opportunity for improvement with respect to getting their equipment into the hands of their customer base/playing community. Historically have enjoyed their wicketkeeping equipment through Juniors into senior cricket. Look forward to Kookaburra's response and action going forward.

Horrific service. They will let you order products that are out of stock and not provide any explanation unless you chase them. I would recommend you shop elsewhere. Now been waiting 3 weeks for my order.

I'm sorry to learn you experienced issues when ordering with us. I have spoken to our team and they advise that you pre-ordered a new product which had not yet arrived into stock. We do clearly mark products as pre-order on our website so this would have been displayed however I'm sorry there seems to have been some confusion when placing your order.

I placed an order for a hockey stick bag on the 1.11.23 and I’m still waiting for it to arrive 9.11.23. According to my account the bag has not been dispatched.

You first sent me the wrong item. Then, you failed to respond to my email sent to 'team@kookaburra.co.uk' (sent Weds 19 July) where I explained you had sent me the incorrect item, and requested you send me the correct one...

Good afternoon, I am sorry to learn you have not yet received your order. I can see it was shipped out to you and the tracking shows they left a calling card at your address. Your order was then delivered to a pick up shop and has been awaiting your collection. I will email you the details directly.

Ordered cricket bag in 14th Dec. I was advised it was shipped out the same day, should have been next day delivery. 10 days later no sign of bag. DPD should have delivered by now even taking into account a few days delay for extra parcels they have had. This was a Christmas present but no bag and no communications from kookaburra or dpd. Not very good customer service, very dissatisfied

We have contacted the courier as there seems to be an issue which has prevented your delivery from reaching you.
