Kookaburra is my favourite cricket brand however trying to order or get kit ordered at this time of year mostly is out of stock. As I stay in Scotland I had phoned and spoke to someone only to be told have a look and try and get something that is in stock. Very poor as I was trying to order a full kit .seriously looking to change brands all on back order

As the 2025 cricket season has now finished, our stock levels are naturally lower at this time of year, and it’s not always possible to have the full range available year-round. We can see that you’ve pre-ordered some items - thank you for your patience while these arrive. Given the seasonal timing and ongoing stock turnover, this isn’t a reflection of poor service, and our new range will be arriving over the coming weeks. Order online and received confimration email with no indication about delivery. The next thing I received from you was this survey and still no delivery time. I had to ring and was told that my order had gone astray. By this time it was too late to post the trousers bought for a birthday present. They did arrive 2 days after I rang. I think you should make sure the customer has actually received the goods before you send out a satisfaction survy.

Unfortunately I’ve not received any of the 3 items I ordered. They were inner gloves, gloves and pads. I have also received no indication when I will be getting these items. If I was to rate Kookabura sport, using the star system,it would be “very poor” but I don’t like doing that so I’ll just do the poor one in the hope my order actually arrives eventually.

H Ian, I looked into this for you and noticed that all the items you ordered were new 2025 range products marked clearly as pre-order only and would be shipped as soon as available. We are just waiting for the pads to arrive into stock and then your order will be sent out. I'm sorry if there has been confusion however our site did clearly state pre-order against all the products you ordered.

I placed an online order on 24th July 2024 for a black Nexis hockey bag which your website said was in stock. I rang yesterday and the lady has told me in is not in stock and are awaiting delivery next week. I am still waiting and hope the bag is sent through a soon as possible

Good Afternoon, thank you for your review. I think there may have been some confusion when you placed your order as all of the new hockey bags on our website are listed as being available to pre order. None are listed in stock as we have not yet received stock. We are expecting delivery next week and will arrange for your order to be shipped as soon as they arrive.

Hi, I bought a cricket bat, my son spent a week knocking in, and it split the first game he played. I emailed customer support, and have not had a reply. A bad experience

Hi David, I am sorry to learn you have experienced an issue with your sons new bat. I have checked with our Returns Department and also with Customer Services, however they have not received an email from you. Are you able to send that again to team@kookaburra.co.uk please. If you are sending images, please send them separately as sometimes emails with large attachments don't get through to us.

website is alright, products i received not so much, got the fielding gloves and they ripped before using them once, also purchased the t20 black gloves and the stitching quality isn’t great, it is exposed and looks very poor to be honest. customer service isn’t great either, emailed over a week ago and have not received any sort of response or acknowledgment at all.
