“Everything is fine , as i am a big fan of kookaburra products. But they are not giving any bat covers or extra grips with order. And also most of the products always out of stock on the website.”

“The bat appeared promptly and in great condition! Only minor issue was DPD tracking number wasnt shared, so no one was in to collect. however, the team were able to notify me of delivery. Would it also be possible to have more weight options on the 3.1 bats? As is available on the 1.1.”

“2 days after requesting a return of one of two pairs of hockey shoes I have not heard from kookaburra. Please would you expedite this. Hence only 4 stars. I wanted to give 5, but I don't think this is good enough. I have clicked on the YES for do I have to pay for return as I currently don't have a clue due to lack of response.”

“Batting Pads and Abdo Guard arrived within stated timeframe. Both are Christmas presents, so haven’t been used yet. If I was being picky, the box could have been a lot smaller, as the pads only just took up half the length of the box.”

“Love this bat! Price was better than other websites. There was plenty of information and details about the product. Was delivered really quickly too. Slight negatives were that I didn’t see an option to have the bat pre knocked in or oiled. Apart from that I’ll definitely be coming back to Kookaburra!”

“I had a slight problem with the quality control of a pair of cricket boots. I told Kookaburra, who offered a full refund. But I said no, it's not that serious. So they refunded part of the price, promptly and courteously....nicely dealt with.”

Hi Carol, I have looked into this for you. I can see you emailed on the evening of 13th of March to report the issue with the shoes. We responded the next day to apologize and we sent you a prepaid returns label. We received a response back to confirm you had decided to keep the shoes and you requested a discount. This request was then passed to our Sales Team to look into for you and I can see that a partial refund is being processed for you. I will email you directly regarding this.
