“The gloves are great (as is the bat grip) but you've sent two complete pairs of gloves, not just a RH glove and a LH glove. What do you want / want me to do about that please?”

Good Morning Mrs Foot, thank you for your 5 star review. I had a look at your order and I can see that you order a pair of left hand gloves, plus a pair of right hand gloves. I think there has been some confusion when placing your order with us as our gloves do come in pairs - if a player is a right handed batter they would use right handed gloves, if they bat left handed they would use left handed gloves. You can of course return the gloves which aren't required. Just follow our returns process via the website. I hope this helps and wish you a Merry Christmas.

“Horrific service. They will let you order products that are out of stock and not provide any explanation unless you chase them. I would recommend you shop elsewhere. Now been waiting 3 weeks for my order.”

I'm sorry to learn you experienced issues when ordering with us. I have spoken to our team and they advise that you pre-ordered a new product which had not yet arrived into stock. We do clearly mark products as pre-order on our website so this would have been displayed however I'm sorry there seems to have been some confusion when placing your order.
