“2 days after requesting a return of one of two pairs of hockey shoes I have not heard from kookaburra. Please would you expedite this. Hence only 4 stars. I wanted to give 5, but I don't think this is good enough. I have clicked on the YES for do I have to pay for return as I currently don't have a clue due to lack of response.”

“Ordered a pair of cricket shoes and plastic stumps with base. Order was delivered within a couple of days, which was great. One of the shoes had discoloured laces and a dead insect inside. Wrote to them but yet to hear. Called them and was quite rudely told that my query would be passed on to the refunds team but again, yet to hear. I won't be ordering again. My local cricket shop is much better and I was reminded why sticking with your local is far better!”

“The product was as described and delivery was quick and painless but pricing was dodgy. The item was listed on the website at £10. Delivery price (which was not shown prior to checkout) was £5. So how did I end up paying £16? Well, according to the invoice, the £10 price was divided into £8.33 unit price plus £2.67 VAT. This of course adds up to £11. So where did the £10 price come from? It strikes me as a case of false advertising and doesn’t leave me with the confidence to buy from this company again.”

“I had ordered a pad for which I paid a delivery within UK, it had little mark on it so I emailed through website and the only response I got was return to the address for which again I would had to pay delivery charge. So I requested if possible am ok to keep the pads put me some discount but there has been no reply on the same. It was mentioned on sign in 10% discount I used the code but not a single penny was discounted and I paid the full billing amount.”
