“Prompt delivery of a short life shelf expiry date item, and an expired item. Informed Kingfisher immediately. Apologies made, refund given. I advised that Kingfisher should check all their shelf life items before dispatch from their stores or warehouse, which they had already acknowledged. A Customer previously of Kingfisher, hence purchasing again. I like to purchase from local businesses if I can, and family owned UK businesses wherever possible.”

“We recently ordered 4 of the pedal bins - however 2 did not operate correctly and we had to correct the issue ourselves. The goods should come out fit for purpose - not the customer having to repair.”
