“Trouble free from start to finish, ordered a bespoke loft hatch. Sent measurements as instructed. Hatch arrived on time, a well made product. It was fitted very quickly on the same day, looks very neat and tidy. And draught free.”

“Pleased with purchase. Well made and arrived two days earlier than expected. Had thought of also buying an opening pole, but the description of the hatch stated, under Lock Options, that for a standard lock: "Pole included as standard". I actually received a key for the lock. Since the poles cost ?27.00, I'd thought it was too good to be true, and therefore am happy to give five stars. Update: After posting my review I received communications from Jupiter Blue confirming I should have received an opening pole, and one was sent promptly.”

“After our old loft hatch fell open and clobbered me, we decided that it was time for a new one. Unfortunately our hatch is not a standard size, so we needed a bespoke size, finding such a thing is not easy. Jupiter Blue were happy to produce a hatch to our measurements and it arrived a week after being ordered. Fitting was fairly straightforward and my only problem was that trying to manoeuvre a fairly heavy metal hatch into an aperture way above head height required a bit of swearing, balancing on ladders, physical dexterity and help from my long suffering wife. In place the hatch looks really excellent and is easy to operate with the pole provided. My only slight criticism is that the hatch has fixing holes for 12 screws, yet only 5 were provided. However, the hatch is accurately sized, well made and looks a heck of a lot better than the old lump of painted chipboard that it replaced.”

“what a great site if your loft hatch is not a standard size... i had mine made to measure and was well pleased when it fitted like a glove and the quality is superb... think i measured the hatch 20 time to make sure it was right lol.. great company fast delivery.. happy customer”

“I ordered custom made loft hatch. I haven't installed it yet but it matches the dimensions supplied by me exactly. It was delivered within the specified delivery period and was very well packed for transport. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the hatch and the price point is good value I think.”

“So far, so good! Good product range, fair pricing, easy to order and pay online, delivery came when it said it would and the goods are exactly as described. Quality items, should do the job just fine. Not fitted yet, so I can't comment on the operation of the doors, but nothing to suggest they will be anything other than good.”
