“I used Jupiter Blue for some tile access panels but were not suited for the job I needed . They were very accommodating and sent me a returns slip and package was picked back up , the refund was in my account in a few days . Would hope to use them in the future. Paul Oakcroft Ceramics”

“Very good service. The loft hatch arrived well packed and quickly. Plus they used a carrier that is very good at keeping you in touch with exactly when they will deliver (and give you options for if you will not be there to receive it). The loft hatch is well made and fitted easily. Only minor gripe is that the insulation fitted into the hatch was just a mite undersized for the opening and thus falls out a bit too easily. Added to that, it is a slab of quite friable insulation matting so every time I open the loft opening a few fibres of the matting falls on the landing carpet. It will be easily resolved when I have a moment to make up a stiff card or plastic barrier sheet that will hold the insulation more firmly in place. Just a bit irritating because for a small amount of cost and effort in the factory, it would have been perfect. P.S. Annoyingly today, about a week after fitting, the 10mm nut that holds the closing catch came loose and the hatch wasn't sealing properly. It only took a few moments to tighten tighten up with a socket set but some customers wouldn't have one of those. But I'm still very pleased with it overall, there just needs to be a little bit more QC in the factory perhaps. P.P.S. Excellent response from Jupiter Blue. They sent me a foil sheet and adhesive to stick over the insulation. It looks good and no longer drops fibres. They are clearly a firm that stives to have satisfied customers. Well Done!”
