“A good bespoke loft hatch, with an efficient delivery service that is able to adapt to personal needs. (That is, in my case, able to defer a planned delivery date to when I arrived home.) The fitting advice is rather 'light' but if you read previous customers reviews on this topic I am sure you will find them most helpful, as I did.”

“I ordered the loft hatch, having been disappointed by the ones available in my local DiY stores and it was a good move. Are yet to fit it but it is such a superior product and will disappear into the ceiling perfectly. Mine actually arrived with minor damage and Jupiter replaced it immediately, without any quibbles. Gret customer service. Thanks.”

“I ordered a bespoke loft hatch, which was made and delivered promptly, except that the key and pole did not arrice. However, after a phone call, this was very soon rectified and with no other problems.”
