“Sent multi emails to their sales team for advise and support and nothing was ever too much trouble, they responded quickly and were very informative. Hatch arrived in good time, excellent service, let's hope the after service will be the same if ever need it ??”

“My goods were damaged in transport, Jupiter Blue came to site, inspected the ladders and carried out all repairs, the fitter who came was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better service.”

“Placed order via telephone with Jupiter Blue for an SD Fire Rated Loft Hatch after receiving valuable help and information regarding suitability to satisfy current building regulations. Order was placed at 12.30 hours and loft hatch was received (free delivery)09.30 the next morning enabling installation the same day. Fitting of the loft hatch was very easy and straight forward in accordance with the supplied installation instructions. Superb company to do business with giving a five star all round service.”

“I had been looking for a quality 4 metre loft ladder and found this company online. From the begining the advice and technical support was excellent and having now received the product it to is excellent, well made and will last a lifetime. Installation was easy but it is a two man job as it is not light but the counterbalance mechanism makes it easy to us once installed.”

“We required a bespoke loft hatch and sent the measurements through with the order. We were delighted when it arrived with free delivery just 3 weeks after placing the order and we installed it within an hour of it arriving. It functions perfectly and blends inconspicuously with the d?cor of the hall way it is located in. Thanks for excellent service. Highly recommended.”
