“Excellent product delivered in record time. Installed in a utility room to provide access to valves and shower waste to the bathroom above. Easy to fit and very unobtrusive in the white painted ceiling.”

“This company - what an amazing customer service. I bought a panel from them and because I had to wait for the rest of the materials to arrive only managed to open the box 2/3 months after to which I found a fault with the latch of the panel. After a quick email within a few hours I’d already had a reply. No chasing needed. I showed them a video of the fault and without delay they offered a full refund and even offered to come collect the package! I would re order from this company any day! Please use them, they are wonderful Pascale”

“The first delivery was on time, there was a problem with the cam on the lock. A quick phone call and they arranged for a pick-up and drop-off for the next day. i did not have to do anything. The new loft hatch arrived and I ( a hapless DIYer) fitted it with no problem. Very pleased with the service and the A35 loft hatch.”

“The service and product from this company is excellent. From ordering to after sales I am very pleased. I received very helpful advice re opening sizes and ordering. The packaging didn't contain an opening pole but this was sent the very next day. Installation instructions were missing also but this was rectified immediately. The quality of the product can be seen from receiving it and installation. I can only commend all staff within this company and would not hesitate in recommending to all.”

“Excellent quality loft hatch, well built (metal) and well insulated, the hatch fits snugly far better than the original plastic piece of cr@p. The delivery was quick and the well packaged, I thoroughly recommend Jupiter Blue who have an excellent selection of loft hatches and other items.”
