“Very good product so far. The size was spot on. The lock was a bit tight and needed loosening, but that was only Minor.”

“I ordered a custom sized SDS drop down trap hatch including insulation cover. I received it only a few days later and am extremely satisfied with it. It's well made, exactly the size requested and fits perfectly. The seal between hatch and frame works perfectly and it's very easy to open and close. It looks really good.”

“Very impressed with the service. Item arrived the next day. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect size so I had to return the hatch. Refund was for the total amount and issued within 3 days if receipt. Good service.”

The product (steel loft hatch) arrived well packaged and protected and was just what I was after, as having seen poor reviews of plastic ones form other suppliers, a more robust but still cost effective alternative was just what I wanted, especially with the option of an integral lock. Great service all round!”
