“Got exactly what I ordered in good time. I ordered a custom sized loft hatch. It looks great now it is fitted. It was a good job it was well packaged, with lots of polystyrene surrounding the item as the cardboard box that it was in was in poor condition. Probably caused by the courier, resulting in a small dent to the frame, which did not affect the appearance. Overall a fantastic product.”

“I ordered from Jupiter Blue after being let down by an orange and black national retailer for over a week. The hatch I bought was better rated, cheaper and their communication was quick and the item was delivered AHEAD of schedule. Job is a good ‘un!”

“The loft hatch was very easy to install, it was a very good fit and only needed a few small spacers to account for the variation in the original wooden hatch frame. It opens and closes easlilly with the handle supplied while standing on the floor. The finished installation looks very neat and tidy. The hatch cost a fair amount less than another similar one that I compared it to. Very happy with it all round.”

“My bespoke loft hatch arrived sooner than expected. I checked the size to ensure the opening I'd created was correct. It was, so after checking for any damage, I put it into storage until the re-roof had been completed. Don't want it damaging by a falling tile. I'm looking forward to installing this, as at 900 x 750 it affords roomy access. I can't comment on it's functionality until it's installed, but it looks great. Thanks for great service.”
