“Very impressed with the service. Item arrived the next day. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect size so I had to return the hatch. Refund was for the total amount and issued within 3 days if receipt. Good service.”

“Very easy to order online, part as described, delivered on time. First time using a access cover that can be tiled, worked a treat. Have used Jupiter Blue Ltd before and will do so again when the time arises.”

“The product information on the website is clear and thorough, the ordering process straightforward and the customer order updates helpful. The product (steel loft hatch) arrived well packaged and protected and was just what I was after, as having seen poor reviews of plastic ones form other suppliers, a more robust but still cost effective alternative was just what I wanted, especially with the option of an integral lock. Great service all round!”

“Made to measure loft hatch. Delivered ahead of date. Great quality with excellent finish. Perfectly to size, made the fit straight forward. Old hatch and trim out and new one fitted in an afternoon. Hardly any making good required.”

“Service was excellent. gave the company the size I needed and they supplied the door and frame to fit. Always give the exact size of the aperture and they do the rest. I am a DIY person not a joiner and I found the fiiting of the door and frame simple due to its design. Looks good as well.”

Emma couldn’t have been more helpful in responding to my queries and making sure I ordered the correct product with a double lock. My loft hatch was delivered promptly and fits perfectly. It’s clearly been manufactured to a high standard and has made a remarkable difference to the insulation of the property. Great company to deal with.”
