“1) Shirt has a hole near the cuff, looks like machine damage. 2) Collar dept is too low at one and a quarter inches, so sits very low on the neck. It should be at least one and three quarter inches. 3) The inside of the shirt is white, which spoils the show of the shirt and makes it look cheap. Would be better if it was also printed on the inside. Would not buy another shirt form yourselves as the collar depth is too low.”

“I couldn't recommend jenson samuel enough. George and the jenson samuel team have sorted any problems I had regarding returns or exchanges through out my whole wedding! My final and last drama of a Groomsman telling me his trousers didn't fit with only 7 days to go! they was able to help me with a exchange, and send the exchanged pair of trousers the same day they recieved the other pair! Honestly above and beyond they have gone and I would recommend jenson samuel to anybody who asks about suits! Thank you so much again for saving the day! And a Groomsman who would of been trouserless!”

“My husband just popped in to have a browse not really expecting to purchase anything. However he bought a suit, waistcoat & tie for an upcoming wedding. We would both like to say a huge “Thanks” to the 2 guys in the shop who went above & beyond to help without being pushy. Customer service like it should be. Would highly recommend.
