We’re sorry to hear your item didn’t arrive. I’ve just checked the tracking & it looks like it was delivered Monday of this week. Sent back as very small. Ordered size 16 collar and Large but it was way too small .

Many thanks for the feedback, i can see the shirt size ordered was a medium which might explain why the shirt was smaller than you expected. I recently sent you an email regarding my order which I HAVE NOT received I am still waiting for you to get back to me I am very disappointed as the wedding for which I ordered the items for has passed I do not want it and would like my money back As on my last email i would appreciate you contacting me as soon as possible

Paid for expedited delivery, it was delayed and did not come in time. No offer of refund for additional postage costs

HI Ian, we are really sorry the item arrived late. I can see It was dispatched on 30th November & delivered on 2nd December. As you can appreciate at this time of year items are taking a little while longer due to Black Friday & the recent postal strikes. I can't however see any communication from yourself to the customer service team regarding the delivery issue. If you had contacted us directly one of the team would have happily refunded your expedited cost you had paid. Unfortunately, the grooming kit which was apparently dispatched 10 days ago hasn't arrived yet, so I am unable to write a review on the product but the delivery leaves a lot to be desired!

Good afternoon, we are deeply sorry your item hasn't yet arrived. I can see that the order was dispatched on Monday 28th November (the day after you ordered the product) via a second class delivery option with Royal mail. We are seeing them take slightly longer than usual because Black Friday & Royal Mail taking strike action. The suit is a very bad fit, the shoulders have a strange extra bit of material which pokes out like something from an 80's glam rock band. When putting the jacket on the lining pushed out of the cuffs and the whole three piece had unfinished off bits of thread popping out of about fifty percent of the seams. Don't waste your money, honestly it's not worth £100 let alone the £300 they charge.
