“I recently purchased 3 Marc Darcy tan waistcoats for my upcoming wedding. The price was very reasonable, especially with the 10% introductory discount for my first order. However, when they arrived 2 were in dust jackets and had labels but the third had no dust jacket or label and it was very creased. I can only assume it was a returned item and I was very disappointed that they had done that. I don’t like shopping online for this kind of reason and I especially hate having to return things so I just ironed the waistcoat and made it presentable. I would think twice before ordering from them again.”

“There was a delay with the delivery which was probably courier related, but the customer service was really helpful and the package did arrived. Though the size is a bit small for a medium, especially with the sleeves. The quality of the cloth, print and stitching is top notch. Kudos to the customer service.”

“the item was a Jenson Samuel Black & white bird Print Regular Fit Cotton Shirt. But actually the real color is a grey shirt with dark blue print. The quality is good, but the color is not what i ordered.”

“The shirt I received was excellent however I used a birthday gift voucher to purchase this item and that was a terrible experience! It took took me two emails and two lengthy phone calls to undertake the transaction! Very, very poor customer experience!”

As explained this was due to maintenance on the gift card feature on the website. We got the order placed manually with you over the phone. Again please accept our appologies over this. “Unfortunately the tie I ordered for a wedding did not arrive on time, but the company apologised for the inconvenience and did what they could to put the situation right. I was refunded and was sent the tie again which I was given free of charge.”

“Quite disappointed that my suit was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag that was holed by the time it reached me. The jacket wasn't even wrapped. By the time I took it out of the bag, it looked like someone had dragged it across the floor and left it there for a week.”
