“Called into the Skipton shop on Sunday just to browse. Really liked a modern tweed jacket with suede patches and was undecided about making the purchase. However thanks to great service from the very personable Lerone I did make the purchase. In all honesty I would say that for Lerone the jackets would still be in store not in my wardrobe. He is a great asset”

“My husband bought a 3 piece suit on line. Unfortunately when it arrived the trousers and waistcoat were too big. We made the decision to travel to their store in Skipton to get fitted properly before a wedding we were are attending this weekend.  I contacted customer care and they were so helpful. They made sure the store had the sizes in stock and went out their way to send what they didn’t have in to the store.  On arrival at the store there were no hitches. The stock we required had been sent there. The store representatives were an absolute pleasure and so helpful! Really professional business providing top quality suits! My husband is so pleased with his suit. He also managed to order one of their shirts that has been delivered to us on time. I really can’t praise this company enough. I would highly recommend!”

“Visited the Skipton store recently and, despite it being almost closing time, was given the warmest welcome by Lerone (sorry if the spelling I sent correct). I saw a beautiful hydrangea printed shirt, but didn’t buy it as I wasn’t sure if my partner would approve of something which was so out of keeping with what I normally wear. I needn’t have worried. When I showed her the shirt on the website, she was absolutely ecstatic, and I ordered it online. Absolutely 100% satisfied, so much so that my partner has “inherited” the shirt and will have it tailored to fit her very feminine shape. Me… I’ve ordered another, and two other designs as well. They wash and iron beautifully, and are real showstoppers. Brilliant.”

“I visited the Jenson & Samual shop on the High Street in Skipton looking for a new waistcoat to wear at an upcoming wedding. I was looking for something a bit different to enhance my existing navy suit. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful sales assistant who showed me to the relevant section in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent selection on offer and full range of sizes. I found a perfect match for my suit and also chose a contrasting tie and pocket handkerchief. I was so pleased with my purchase, my son visited the shop the following week and sorted out his own attire for the wedding. The shop in general has a wide range of suits, shirts and casual wear that will cater for people who like to stand out from the norm. I will definitely be visiting again. I have also used the online store for purchases and found the service to be top notch with orders dispatched same day.”

“I visited the Skipton shop a few times with my son looking for a suit for prom but one he could wear after the event also. Lerone was always extremely helpful and friendly on every occasion. My son tried on lots of different suits and he finally settled on a stunning Mark Darcy 3 piece suit. I ordered online as the waistcoat was not available in the shop at the time but Lerone wrote down all the details for me. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and delivery was very quick! My son and I would highly recommend Jenson Samuel if you are after quality with an affordable price tag...and staff that go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Thank you Lerone 😊”

“Jenson Samuel in Skipton is the perfect place if you’re looking for wedding suits. George provided amazing customer service and his knowledge is exceptional - he even taught us how to do the perfect half Windsor knot! There is a big back room where we had the fittings, with music playing and lots of dressing rooms and even complimentary drinks. He measured our group of six groomsmen, advised on the best sizes, styles and fits. We have collected our suits after final fitting and were chuffed to bits. The whole process has been easy and enjoyable. Thanks George and the team! Highly recommended!”

“I've bought a few items from Jenson Samuel Shirts now. Each time I am pleasantly surprised by the experience in comparison with other businesses. It is clear they have given a lot of thought to what people want in a number of ways and this makes dealing with them easy and clear. They have great products and the quality of them is extremely high. There are great options in on how to pay and speed of delivery. You're notified at several points in the journey so you know exactly what is happening from order being placed, shipped with tracking references etc. It may seem like a little point, but the packaging the products come in too is excellent. It reaffirms your belief that you have a good quality product from a good quality business. I am really happy with the latest suit I've bought; on of their own brands. The quality is excellent and it was great to be in it for a special day recently. I even had to return an item a couple of time before I got the right size (my fault not theirs). There was no complaining, just fast turnarounds to get me what I needed. Definitely worth a try if you are shopping around and arent sure which to choose. You will not regret trying these guys.”

“Item arrived a day late after taking the day off work to receive the item - not the end of the world but disappointing. The item I bought was the Eton Navy jacket which I am pleased with the quality and fit and the item was dispatched on time but the carrier was the reason for delay - however I would use Jenson Samuel again as the quality of goods is of a high standard.”

“Visited the Jenson Samuel store in Skipton two days ago looking for a Wedding 3 Piece Suit. Was helped by James who was excellent (and patient!). Couldn't have wished for better service. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a very pleasant experience. Have ordered the suit online today!”

“Samuel was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely friendly, polite and very importantly very helpful! He guessed my sizes perfectly when I was purchasing a suit, gave me his advice and expertise when choosing shoes and a shirt to match. “If like me you’re a clueless idiot when it comes to suits and formal get up then get yourself along to the Skipton branch and see James, honest and knowledgeable without taking up half your day - no nonsense shopping…. Thanks again”
