“Quality isn’t as good as expected. Doesn’t close properly even with all pieces in the right place. It’s a gift so a bit of a shame but not awful price.”

“Great shop with lovely staff, however, I would advise people closely check their garments. When I returned home I realised that some of the stitching had come away on the shoulder of the new shirt and that the gauntlet buttons on the sleeves were not level.”

Good afternoon, we are deeply sorry your item hasn't yet arrived. I can see that the order was dispatched on Tuesday 29th November (the day after you ordered the product) via a second class delivery option with Royal mail. We are seeing them take slightly longer than usual because Black Friday & Royal Mail taking strike action. “I ordered the MARC DARCY JENSON MARINE CHECK SUIT. Fast delivery, fits well. Overall happy with my purchase. Although, I received the wrong waist coat. I ordered the camo lining, the blazer was camo yet the waist coat was the circle print. Thanks, Ryan.”

Good morning Ryan, sorry about the issue. Marc Darcy have recently changed the lining of the this particular design so apologies two different versions of the lining were dispatched. if you had contacted us we would have happily swapped it out for you so that both pieces matched. “Item quality was as expected but Next day delivery - forget it! Item delivered five days later to a neighbour while I was on holiday (the reason I went for next day!)”

Hi Martin, we're sorry to hear that the item didn't arrive next day delivery. Having checked the order I can see it was ordered early on Thursday 2nd June which was the queen's jubilee bank holiday. As per the delivery & returns section on the website, we don't dispatch orders on public bank holidays. I can see that the order was dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day.
