“What an amazing company to deal with, ordered a suit for a wedding the following weekend, the trousers were tight so contacted through email, advised quickest way is to order separate trousers which were dispatched an hour later and arrived next day. The quality was first class on the suit and I had many compliments so thank you so much for making the whole experience stress free.”

“Not very happy actually first of all not got the shirt I wanted after I paid for the order I get an email that the product is not available then they asked me to choose another one I did but I dint get the right size I have now returned it a week ago with Royalmail tracking but yet no sign of the refund what so ever.”

Hi Frayne, I have taken a look at the tracking number shown in the image, and as per the tracking number is hasn't reached us. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to process the refund at this stage. I would recommend contacting Royal Mail or CollectPlus directly to query the status of the parcel and find out what has happened. Once the return has arrived with us, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

“I ordered a waistcoat online with Jenson Samuel. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition, unfortunately it wasn't quite right for what I wanted. “Ordered two pocket squares as gifts for my dad and brother at my wedding. One came with a mark on it. I contacted customer service and they sent a new one out immediately so that I could ensure I had it for my wedding. Really great service. Thanks George and the team! Marking down my recommendation of the company slightly because the pocket square did feel like microfibre cloth on one side when it was advertised as “tweed pastel woven” which I wasn’t expecting and was kinda odd.”
