Hi Stephen, Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. For full transparency, I can see that as soon as your initial email was received, a member of our team contacted you via phone directly to resolve the issue. We also liaised with DPD to investigate the delay and kept you updated throughout via both phone calls and emails. As the waistcoat was required for an event later that week, we offered to ship a replacement immediately. However, as you were unavailable for a further delivery at that time, you chose to proceed with a refund, which was processed straight away. Again, we do apologise that this delivery with DPD did not arrive on the day as expected.
