“I only received half of my order which is actually really frustrating. I messaged the email in the ‘contact us’ and received no response. I have to this day still not received a response, so I would avoid using.”

“I bought a Ted Tan Tweed Tie and pocket square, absolutely fantastic. It arrived promptly well packaged. The quality is very good, you would think it is a very expensive set, £20 you can’t let that go. It will look smart on any shirt 👔. Very pleased.”

“Wonderful service from start to finish. The items arrived quickly, were returned for a change of size and came back a day or so later. The quality of the clothing is extremely high and the staff were really good to deal with. Would highly recommend and definitely return.”

“Great experience overall. The in-store service was exceptional — staff were really helpful in finding the right size and suggesting different suits to try on, which made the process easy. I chose a suit that wasn’t available in my size and colour at the time, but they ordered it in for me. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but communication throughout was regular and clear. The suit itself is high quality and exactly what I was after. Would definitely shop here again.”

“I ordered my husband a lovely blue shirt on line. Very easy to order with clear instructions. Great price. I wanted it for holiday so paid next day delivery. Arrived as stated. Wow I loved the vibrant blue colours. Ordered the relaxed fit 2xl. My husband doesn't like tight fitting shirts. Got a fashion show! Husband loved it! He was impressed that it wasn't short as most shirts are. The fit gave him movement which he liked. He could have had the xl but he prefers slightly looser. The quality of the material was very good. Not stiff. Thank you for providing good quality, lovely colours at a great price. Will be purchasing more. Thank you.”
