“I would not order again. I posted a return with adequate time to be returned back to the company however it ended up being delivered back one day over. I emailed and contacted them requesting to have a refund on my card but they have said it was too late and would only do credit which was useless to me. I tried to reason with them explaining I sent it back and it was sat in the post for 4 days which I cannot control. I have since emailed asking for this to be back to my card and they have now stopped responding completely.”

We are sorry you feel this way. As clearly stated within our returns policy, items returned outside of the 28-day returns window are eligible for exchange or store credit only. You had over three weeks to return the items and unfortunately chose to leave the return until very close to the deadline. While we appreciate postal delays can occasionally happen, we are unable to make exceptions based on delays within the postal network once the return period has expired. Had the return arrived back within the stated policy timeframe, a full refund would have been issued without issue. The parcel was delivered back to us outside of the stated returns period and therefore store credit was offered in line with our policy.

“I found George a pleasure to deal with when ordering a three piece suit for an upcoming event. There was a problem with the initial courier and George emailed me early on a Sunday morning to reassure me that the issue would be sorted asap and he would send another package out to prevent any further delay. Their customer service is outstanding and by far exceeds any other companies that I’ve dealt with. I’m also very happy with the suit which fits perfectly. Well done Jenson & Samuel!”
