“Very poor it’s nearly 3 weeks and it hasn’t arrived. I thought it would be plenty of time before a wedding but sadly not. Very disappointed”

“Firstly the staff in the shop where very helpful nothings to much bother. For the suit absolutely over the moon looks great and fits perfect. Has I was told at wedding looked very sharp , so that says it all for me. Suit sent to me has didn’t have trousers in shop in size I needed . All delivered as promised and no trouble or returns need . So recommend jenson/samuel to anyone and will certainly be going back if I’m in need of any thing to wear for a special occasion. Last but not least great value too”

“I was really pleased with the quality of the ties and the speed in which they arrived. I needed to order additional ties for my wedding party but the ties were temporarily out of stock but the staff on the helpline were extremely helpful and I was able to receive the additional tie in time for the wedding.
