“Very disappointed. Never received my waistcoat In terms for my wedding. Even though I ordered it 10 days before and PAID for next day delivery. I called your office 3 days before my wedding to find out where it was and was promised a call back. Still waiting . I received the matching tie and pocket square x 2 . I only ordered one . I will be looking to return and receive a full refund including my next day delivery. My contract is with you and you choose your couriers . Deeply disappointed.”

“Recently purchased my three piece suit for my wedding that is taking place on the 25th June 2026, I found the staff pleasant and most helpful, the gentleman contacted me straight away to make sure that my sizes was available, which they where and the suit was perfect.”

“Had to send a waist jacket back due to needing a bigger size, my parents sent back without the returns slip, emailed the customer service team and George was fantastic, was really responsive and had the exchange sorted within a few hours of the parcel being delivered.”

“I bought a Ted Tan Tweed Tie and pocket square, absolutely fantastic. It arrived promptly well packaged. The quality is very good, you would think it is a very expensive set, £20 you can’t let that go. It will look smart on any shirt 👔. Very pleased.”
