“The ties appeared to be well made, but unfortunately were of the wrong shade of colour, so have been returned for a refund. However, I am still awaiting receipt of the refund”

“I found George a pleasure to deal with when ordering a three piece suit for an upcoming event. There was a problem with the initial courier and George emailed me early on a Sunday morning to reassure me that the issue would be sorted asap and he would send another package out to prevent any further delay. Their customer service is outstanding and by far exceeds any other companies that I’ve dealt with. I’m also very happy with the suit which fits perfectly. Well done Jenson & Samuel!”
