“Ordered a beautiful tweed suit online and, through my own fault, got some of the sizings wrong. “I just want to say what a pleasant experience I have received from your company. I phoned late Friday afternoon and spoke to a lady about stock availability of champagne/ivory paisley ties in the Skipton store. She immediately contacted the store where they put a selection aside. We went on Saturday morning where a wonderful, enthusiastic and comical guy served us and thankfully we were able to find a match of both tie and pocket square to a similar one we already had for a wedding in less than 2 weeks time. “As far as quality goes the tie and pocket square I bought were nothing short of exemplary in quality. My only dissatisfaction was that it arrived a day later then I needed it so if you are buying for a specific event then take this factor into account when ordering”

“I visited the Skipton shop and had a very good look around, with a fantastic shop assistant who was really very helpful... after spotting the perfect tie and pocket square combination on a display mannequin,they unfortunately didn't have the set in stock..so I was directed to the website...easy to select and pay, with delivery taking two days from ordering.. great looking tie and pocket square, fantastic shop service and excellent web shop service at an excellent competitive price point.”
