“Great experience overall. The in-store service was exceptional — staff were really helpful in finding the right size and suggesting different suits to try on, which made the process easy. I chose a suit that wasn’t available in my size and colour at the time, but they ordered it in for me. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but communication throughout was regular and clear. The suit itself is high quality and exactly what I was after. Would definitely shop here again.”

“I ordered my husband a lovely blue shirt on line. Very easy to order with clear instructions. Great price. I wanted it for holiday so paid next day delivery. Arrived as stated. Wow I loved the vibrant blue colours. Ordered the relaxed fit 2xl. My husband doesn't like tight fitting shirts. Got a fashion show! Husband loved it! He was impressed that it wasn't short as most shirts are. The fit gave him movement which he liked. He could have had the xl but he prefers slightly looser. The quality of the material was very good. Not stiff. Thank you for providing good quality, lovely colours at a great price. Will be purchasing more. Thank you.”

“Emailed as they were out of stock on a certain item, and George responded straight away. He assured me the items would be in stock soon and placed the order on my behalf. “Ordered some ties for my wedding, for myself and male members of the wedding party. Arrived next day, great quality, and very cute little set. Only minor complaint is that they were delivered in flimsy clear plastic rather than a nice display box for the three-piece set”

“I can't fault the service I've received from Jenson Samuel. Ive ordered two batches of ties. There was a slight problem on the second order, which I only noticed when i received dispatch information. I rang up straight away and spoke to George, in customer service. He was an absolute star! He sorted the problem out in under 10 minutes, and had my correct order colour dispatched on the same day. A big shout out to George, as he had been super efficient in all communications leading up to and on completion of my orders. I highly recommend. Thank you”
