“I’ve been getting my bird feed from Ivel Valley for a couple of years now and always found them to be very efficient and the seed mixes always of good quality. Their customer service is second to none. On one of my orders I had an issue and was able to ring them up and have a human being answer the phone. They listened to what I had to say and immediately solved the problem. I was very impressed. Also I like that they are a local family run business.”

“Only my second order and will be a regular thing as the Birds can't get enough of the food. The Bird Table is cleared within hours of filling it up! This time round I purchased the Ceramic Bird Bath as my old one was going rusty. It is a perfect size and will be so much easier to keep clean. All the birds that visit my garden love it and always have a drink from it. I would recommend Ivel Valley to anyone as the products, speed of delivery and customer service is great.”

“I have been using Ivel Valley Wild Bird Food for the past five years or so. I have always found the price competitive, delivery excellent and the quality good. On one occasion I had to contact their support team who were helpful and pleasant to deal with and quickly resolved the issue. Alec Mudge”

“As always brillant service. My only quibble is when ordering suet blocks it's cheaper to order mixed ones but would prefer not to have chilli ones. I actually don't mind squirrels feeding but it was funny to see his cheeks going after trying the chilli ones😂”

“Amazing company with amazing products. Their suet is a super high quality and my adult birds are loving feeding their chicks with this suet range! The blackbirds and coal tits/blue tits and great tits can’t seem to get enough. Super fast delivery too.”
