“Quality of bird food remains high and speed of delivery exceptional. As a regular customer was pleased with recognition of same when we were given a voucher for a free 500g bag of bird seed if we placed another order before end of May. Placed order 16th May but no option to use voucher code so presume stock had already gone!”

“Not quite as good this time. Driver left parcel on doorstep instead of putting in carport. I had left carport door open for him. Parcel too heavy for me, so had to wait until the gardener could move it for me. Thank you Helgard Stone”

“I love to used Ivy valley, everything is always so impeccably packaged! Now and again they will also throw in a free suet cake or deal and I like that! If I was going to suggest on how to improve id say to include more variety.”
