“The website is extremely easy to navigate with a great choice of products. I have been a customer for quite a few years now and, in Spring, my products of choice are sunflower chips and peanut granules which I mix together. Particular favourite of woodpeckers, siskins, gold finch, several species of tits to name but a few visiting birds (and squirrels!) Now that it is nesting and fledgling season I buy mini suet pellets berry & mealworm as well which I also mix together and they are devoured with gusto. All these are excellent quality products and I feel reasonably priced for the quality I get. I always buy enough to get free delivery which is exceptionally fast (usually 48hrs sometimes quicker) by DPD (I have a splendid DPD driver who pops the box into my lobby). I highly recommend Ivel Valley which is why I keep returning .”

“As always the ordering system is excellent, products are very good, good variety of choices too. Delivery is fast and efficient. My last order was for a squirrel baffle but I found it didn't seem to fit the pole I had. I sent in a request for help and am very impressed with the quick response from the team. I had a phone call from one of the team members who patiently explained how to adjust the baffle to fit. A big thank you.”

“Good quality bird food with a great range of choices. Most are grown on their farm so it's good to know they are of very good quality, safe for the wildlife and good for the environment. I have been using them for a few years and I wish I had known about them earlier. Good customer service if you do make a blunder!”

“I have been pleased with this bird feed and, more importantly, the birds are happy! I was particularly pleased to see that is is produced locally to me and I would happily collect although the next day delivery was perfect. The bird seed was packaged in paper so can be recycled. I will be using Ivel Valley from now on.”

“Our garden birds really love Ivel Valley suet balls and evidently prefer them to other suppliers whose product has more seeds and less suet. These arrive in strong double-walled cartons and delivery is always prompt and reliable.”
