“I’ve been ordered mini suet pellets insect & mealworm from Ivel Valley for years because I wanted mini ones to put in my bird feeder & they are the only company I could find who sold the mini ones. My birds love them all year round including nuthatches & woodpeckers.”

“Highly recommend! I use them every month for my orders, the prices are quite good and delivery I receive within a couple of days of ordering, the packaging is strong and undamaged every time! The courier they use are second to none! I have to chuckle some times as the offers and giveaways seem to happen just after my orders are delivered! 😂”

“I have ordered from Ivel Valley for a couple of years now but recently I have noticed a difference in a couple of the products. The mini suet pellets with mealworm do not appear to be of the same quality that they once were. The colour is different for a start especially when you compare them alongside the normal size pellets which I also order. The mini suet pellet are now much paler in colour and in addition to that they seem to be far crumblier than they once were and just becoming quite powdery at times. The peanut granules are are also different to what they once were and have been ground far too fine therefore more like peanut powder with a few bits of peanut granules in. This is far more difficult for the small birds to get out of the feeders. I cannot fault Ivel Valley for its service I just hope that the mini suet pellets and peanut granules return to how they once were.”

“Having used a feeder for a year, the lid hinge had rusted through making it unusable. I then sent a photo of the affected area and the feeder was replaced within three days with a new one. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“100 out of 5! I have been buying your calci-worms, suet pellets and suet balls for a few years now. The quality is unbeatable. My birds especially love your suet pellets and balls as they are soft but don't melt and I am forever having to put more out. 64 a day is not unheard of. Just a few minutes ago I was standing next to some Long Tailed Tits - about 8 of them, scoffing the balls as fast as they could. My Robin and Sparrows love them too. Parakeets quite often eat them. The starlings adore the calci-worms. I like that you sell the calci-worms in 3x5kg bags which is much easier for me to take down to the shed for storage.”

“always really fast delivery. Very good quality food & very good value compared to the premium bird food in the shops. When I've put a mix of fat balls from different places in the hanger, Ivel valley ones always get eaten first, so the birds obviously agree. Nice to know its made quite locally to us too.”
