“Excellent fast delivery and wonderful bird food, always fresh and the birds love it! Never any wasted. I buy in bulk the seed feeder mix which does work out cheaper , wouldn’t use anything else!”

“I’ve been buying mixed wild bird seed from Ivel Valley for over 2 years and will continue to do so. The quality of the mix is excellent and is a fair price. The mix attracts a wide variety of birds to my garden throughout the year. The delivery is fast and I love the fact that they use no plastic in their packaging.”

“Excellent service and a great quality item. I normally purchase the fat balls with insects but, last time I ordered some with Crushed Berries as well as a trial. I cannot believe how quickly the birds of all species devoured them. The little birds included Robins, Blue Tits etc as well as Magpies and even Squirrels absolutely loved them. The fat balls was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the Fat Balls are excellent with a great amount of insects. I absolutely recommend these Fat Balls!”

“Great service birds love the sunflower hearts greenfinches and goldfinches queuing up to get onto feeders. Blue tits, great tits, robins etc love the insect and mealworm suet balls. Next day delivery with a hour slot.”

“As usual excellent service. Email communication great, order confirmation almost immediately, then notification that order completed & awaiting dispatch within an hour, usually sooner. Latest order made before 2pm & delivered less than 24 hrs later in the hour slot given. Ordering is easy from the selecting the items on the website to the order/payment process. Delivered in strong cardboard box, items in recyclable bags. Quality is great (the birds think so!) as is the price. The staff have always been friendly and helpful on very odd occasion I have called.”

“The products were great, no problem. The delivery was not so great as the very heavy box was left at the door with no doorbell no knock on the door. My wife tried to get the box in but as she has MS she could not manage. I sent a email to customer service and they failed to even reply.”
