“I ordered mini pellets which my birds love. Unfortunately one of the boxes was the wrong item but this was quickly and efficiently fixed. Very satisfied with the service. I have purchased from Ivel Valley before and never had any problems. It was a joy to experience how easy it was to sort out an issue.”

“arrived quickly, suet bals smaller than expected and the carrying box has a split along hinge line about 15mm long so I don't see the lid lasting very long once it gets used.”

“I've been a customer for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Food that's grown and made on the farm with all ingredients listed. Delivery is super speedy. Most importantly my birdies love it and do a little happy dance on the fences in my garden when they see me bring the food.”
