“Very good service as always. Easy to order by phone with advice on products if needed. The box was left in the place I had specified as I had to go out. I'm very pleased with my No Grow seed mix, Sunflower Hearts and Suet blocks. I appreciated the free suet Christmas trees and one has been eaten already.”

“Have used for a number of years. Find the bird food ordered provided at a great price. The birds love it, so the quality must be good! Order one day and to date has always arrived the following day with a specified hour given by the couriers. Well packaged. Would recommend.”

“My order arrived promptly but there was a problem with one item. I spoke to a lovely lady in Customer Services and the item was replaced with a complimentary gift within a couple of days. Excellent customer service, which is rare these days unfortunately. Highly recommended.”
