“For the second time, a bag of mini suet pellets had split in the box. This time it was the berry, but I think last time it was the mealworm.”

“I am a regular customer, so am used to very prompt, free delivery, with the DHL courier putting the heavy box inside my front door ... But I was so thrilled this time when I opened the carton -- Inside was a box with two apple-flavoured suet Christmas trees for my birds to enjoy !!! What a thoughtful surprise, I was grinning all morning ! Such a delight ! Thank-you! The birds loved them !”

“Very happy with Ivel Valley bird food. Always order from them now, well packed and arrives in good time. Good quality sunflower hearts and fat balls etc. Also received 2 little fat balls in Christmas tree shapes for the birds, which was an unexpected extra bonus. Have many, many little birds like butterflies fliting around this time of the year, and being next to the woods, plus blackbirds magpies and 2 Jay's, 3 squirrels, 3 feral pigeons, 4 doves and a wood pigeon. Delighted to receive the bags of seeds in great condition and well priced.”

“This is the best quality bird food out there. Excellent ingredients, reasonably priced. Even beats RSPB food which I used to buy. Best of all the birds love it. Mini suet pellets & sunflower seeds for the small birds, red dari for the bigger ones are regular purchases. All of their suet products are second to none. Recently found apple suet blocks which all the birds love.”

“I have been using your bird feed for a couple of years now. I just wanted to express my thanks for such amazing , prompt and efficient service. Delivery is incredibly quick from pressing order on the pc to the box of goodies turning up. The birds in my garden eat it up very quickly and my tame female blackbird sits on my kitchen door or comes into the kitchen to make sure I bring out her favourite food. Great quality bird feed.”

“The birds that flock to our feeders are connoisseurs of bird food. We tried cheap fat balls which were ignored....as soon as we put fat balls from Ivel Valley in, the squabbling started and they went. The suet pellets are demolished as well, so a big thumbs up!”

“I've been buying St Ivel bird food for years now. Stciking to the Readypick Feeder Mix. Then I made a mistake on my order and a big one, 50kg's of the No Grow Seed mix which contains maize kernels which is and absolute no no for me. I worried all day about what I was going to do with 50kgs of the stuff. Then it arrived and the corn is crushed so easy for smaller beaks and the rest of the mix is nice and fine.. I really should have known that a farm that supplies quality bird food wouldn't let me down. As soon as I realised my mistake I ordered my 25kg of Feeder mix, fortunately I could squeeze all the sacks into the garage. Lots of well fed birds at my feeders today.”

“The delivery was dumped at my neighbour's. The driver didn't ring the bell, he also failed to read the house sign. No attempt was made to deliver to our address. I notified you the following day as DPD weren't interested. At that point I had no idea that the delivery was at my neighbour's. My neighbour notified me three days later. I have yet to receive a response. The product is, as usual, excellent.”
