“I won a competition to spend on wild bird food but as I volunteer at a hedgehog rescue I ordered hedgehog food instead. The ordering process was very easy to organise. I had issues with DPD delivering to the rescue but Caroline kept me informed at all times.”

“Only got a small yard, in town center. Bought sunflower hearts and Ready Peck seed feeder mix. Variety of birds visiting regularly to feed, Sparrows, mistle thrush, blackbirds, blue tits, robins. No waste.”

“On the positive side ordering was simple and delivery fast and efficient. Unfortunately the live mealworms were in very poor condition. Some already dead, others dark brown, and a number of beetles were already running around .”

I am sorry to hear that the live mealworms were not up to standard. As these come direct from our supplier, we do not know what state they are deliveredin. In the future, please always email us to let us know of any issues with a delivery, and we will be more than happy to rectify this.

“This is my third order and I have been delighted with the service and the products. Having previously only used C J Wildfoods for over 10 years and after they changed their products and packaging to what we considered to be inferior to their usual standard we decided to find an alternative bird food supplier. After searching on google many times we found Ivel Valley and because the foods were made on the premises we decided to order - from now on we will only be using Ivel Valley.”

“Delivery when promised, well packed in cardboard boxes. Excellent customer service, I ordered a bird feeder which came without the clasp to close it. After I notified them it was delivered the next day.”
