“I recently gave a negative review of food purchased from Ivel Valley which I regret now because by mistake I ordered a different seed mix to the usual one I buy and this mix was not what I expected I have used this Compay for several years now and am impressed with the quality of the food and also the plastic free packaging. The food is delivered the day after ordering and I am happy with the delivery company.”

We have not changed the mix in a number of years, and this mix has always had the millet and dari (the small seeds you refer to) in it. I will ask our customer service team to email you direct about this, and we can resolve this potential issue.

“I HAVE USED SUNFLOWER HEARTS FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT NEED TO CHANGE. YOU RECOMMENDED YOUR SPECIAL SEED MIX WHICH I HAVE NOW TRIED AND FIND IT VERY SUCCESSFUL. ALL THE GARDEN BIRDS LOVE IT AND OUR FEEDERS ARE A CONSTANT SCENE OF MOVEMENT.”
