“I'm very pleased with my purchases from Ivel Valley. The bird food is of a high quality and orders are speedily processed and delivered. I'm impressed that thought has gone into the packaging too. It's good that cardboard boxes and paper sacks are used, so much more environmentally friendly than plastic.”

“Bird food very good, birds love it. Customer service poor, I ordered 6 suet rolls, only received 4 although the invoice had 6 ticked, sent an e-mail to let them know but had no response so won't be buying from them again.”
