I am really sorry for this. it will be done today. Thank you for being patient.

“Delivery was fine, however I ordered a couple of types of hooks which stated 3 in a pack and only received 1 hook in each of those packs. I have since returned the items and have not received a refund. It is now outside of the 14 working days stated on the website as the maximum time it should take to be refunded. Over £100 waiting to be returned to me. Not impressed. Have called several times and all they have said is that they are chasing it.”

“Bought a door handle with lock and the carpenter that came round to fit it said it was very poor quality look at screws they don't even have a bit on top so you can't screw in. He had to use his screws. The spring was of bad quality too. Why bother making and selling this to people? Next time I will make sure of where it is made and realise I probably need to pay more money to get a good door handle.”
