“I’m sorry, I phoned up your number to ask a question and the lady that answered was quite dismissive and not particularly friendly, I would have also liked an acknowledgment of my order by email. I was concerned the order wasn’t received and something had gone wrong. The product was very good though and as described.”

“I ordered a quality black gate latch and saw a picture of one on their website. When it came it was completely different and very poor quality.”

“Product fine. Delivery system a farce. Ordered after 3.30pm on Friday 24/9 arrived Friday 1/10. Rang on the 28th to enquire when it would arrive and was told it was not sent on the 27th as the couriers don’t collect on Mondays!!!! Claimed it was sent on 28th on overnight delivery. Didn’t arrive in the 29th so emailed for tracking number so I could find out where it was. They sent the wrong number!! Emailed again to ask if they could find out where it was. They didn’t bother to reply. Eventually arrived on the 1st October. Terrible service.”

Dear Mr Norman, Apologies there was a confusion, for the dates. You placed your order with us on a Friday, just before the weekend. When placing the airer, we have stated it takes 4-5 working days for despatch. We tried our best too deliver as soon as possible, but due to driver shortage, everything was slightly delayed. Thank you for understanding.

“Always excellent service from this company. Naomi was particularly helpful. I bought some beautiful Victorian cup handles and she matched the Rose knobs to go with them perfectly. “Your staff lied to me regarding the delivery of the items I ordered . When questioned about the delivery I was assured that the item would be delivered 29/09/21 in spite of being assured they should have been delivered on 18/09/21. However on close questioning your firm does not even have the stock and will not have any for another two weeks (maybe!!!) I know there are problems with your supply side but get your staff to tell the truth and not promise next day delivery on items that were critical to the finishing of a prestigious contract here in Gloucestershire.
