“So I love this site. Well made products at decent prices that arrive fast. Unfortunately the last order had an item missing and that didn’t turn up for another 6 weeks due to it being stuck in transport apparently. The last shelf brackets I bought also needed some remedial work before they could be used, as in the ball bearings had to be removed from the screw holes and the electric screwdriver had to widen the holes for the screws provided. One set was also missing. So overall we will continue to use them as we love the product and price, not sure everything is British made though.”

“The ironmongery itself is brilliant, just what we wanted, however the screws provided to fix the shelf brackets and coat hooks are of very poor quality. The slot on the screws is not deep enough, most of the screws are rusty and some are bent. Good products , let down by cheap fixings,”

“I ordered Universal Locking Window Fastener Brass PVCU was worried that the order won’t come or that it wouldn’t fit, as was worried with reading the reviews. I took a gamble on ordering.
