“I ordered a letterbox from this company before I read their reviews. On reading the reviews I was concerned about my order. But I couldn’t be more happy. I was kept updated on the progress and after placing the order on sat 2nd January 2021, it arrived on Tuesday 5th January 2021. All the reviews stated there were long delays and customers couldn’t get in touch with the company, but my was experience was completely the opposite. The order arrived within the time estimated and I didn’t need to make contact with the company, because they were constantly in touch with me. From my experience, this company is great... “Awful company and customer service. How they are still in business baffles me. Never answer emails. Keep making false promises over the phone and then get rude when you question their procedures. Will never recommend or use again.”

“I had half expected that my enquiry would be of little interest to them because it was of such little value and that, at best, I would hear back sometime in the new year. In fact, they responded within the day and are sending me the few things I need (screw caps) as a matter of goodwill. If only every business were as helpful and human! Fantastic.”

“Awful, awful, awful. This outfit will not reply to any emails, return any calls and owe me money. Clearly I’m not the only one to have been defrauded by these amateurs. Do not waste your time and your money. They simply don’t care. COVID can’t be an excuse anymore and certainly does not excuse complete lack of courtesy.”
