“Shocking customer service, I can only describe this companies working practices as chaotic. I've yet to receive my order (which by the way is still showing as in stock on their website). They don't communicate delays or issues.. they don't return calls, their tracking system says my order has been shipped, yet verbally they confirm it hasn't. If I don't have a satisfactory outcome from them by this time next week I'll be cancelling my order.”
