Your staff lied to me regarding the delivery of the items I ordered . When questioned about the delivery I was assured that the item would be delivered 29/09/21 in spite of being assured they should have been delivered on 18/09/21. However on close questioning your firm does not even have the stock and will not have any for another two weeks (maybe!!!) I know there are problems with your supply side but get your staff to tell the truth and not promise next day delivery on items that were critical to the finishing of a prestigious contract here in Gloucestershire. Ordered through Amazon Prime. Said delivery would be 2/4 days then tracking moved to a week. Clueless customer service blamed courier. They had not received it. Disappointing over £70 of my money still no product.

Hi Imogen, Im sorry, that your order came late, you placed your order on a Sunday and we was closed due to it being a bank holiday. In order for us to deal with your enquiry, in the right way. How did you contact us, was it a phone call or through email?
This is the second time I have ordered the same window handles and once again I have been sent the wrong handles, not the ones ordered.

Paid for express delivery and was delivered 5 days afterwards. I emailed, and got no reply. Also no mention on product description that you need other parts to fit it.

Very unprofessional. Ordered some items and paid for next-day delivery. Had to chase repeatedly for over three weeks without the courtesy of a call-back at any time. The absence of these final items on a job caused a delay in completion. Eventually gave up and demanded a refund as I cannot afford to spend this amount of time chasing hardware. Will not use in future and as an alternative I recommend Inbrass as a supplier.

No item, no despatch notice, no reply to the email I sent after 12 says to enquire about a delivery date, it's now 16 days since ordering without any despatch notice. I am very close to instigating a PayPal refund.

Hi, Your parcel has been delivered by DX, apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience.
Delivery was atrocious 1st attempt, items loaded and out for delivery. Delivery did not happen 2nd attempt, items loaded and out for delivery. Delivery did not happen. Contacted supplier, left message on answering machine. Zero response 3rd attempt. Delivery loaded and out for delivery. Items delivered 3rd time lucky………. A very bad service, which is a shame because the products are good

Scam watch out, only partly sent the delivery, contacted various times and heard nothing back. Everytime I ring them again they have nothing on file no previous information and the process starts again. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered some coat hooks and a door knocker. Knocker never received despite numerous calls and promises to deliver the next day. Finally admitted the product is out of stock and they have no idea when it will become available again. But it is still showing as "in stock" on their website. Will not deal with this company again.

Ordered a iron handle from the site and the screw holes are different sizes (one smaller than the other) so I’m unable to use the product. I emailed to ask for a replacement and no one has come back and now I’ve called no one answered so I’ve had to leave a message.

I have tried emailing via ebay but the CS cant find my order details and is now not responding. I called the telephone number given on your ebay and direct site and am told that I have to continue by ebay if I purchased initially from them. Very unhelpful and I felt obstructive when all I am trying to do is change some locks (10) whcih I feel are of low quality. Odd as the corporate information is the same whichever platform is used. How hard do I have to work to complete my business with you????? Why aren't your channels integrated? The person didnt even ask what my enquiry was before she blocked it. Robert Bridgewater
