“In my opinion , IDS give an exceptional level of service . The ordering process is incredibly easy . You know if an item is in stock and if not when to expect it. Updates given regularly on back orders . Fast delivery service , careful packaging and returns system straight forward . Very professional company , quality goods and competitive pricing . “Very helpful polite staff, always go to trouble for me if I am needing advice and in emergencies (usually show week) will go above and beyond! Never more that a few minutes to answer the phone and I like the look of the new catalogue tho I have only used it once”
