“I am impressed with the speedy and reliable international delivery to Singapore. However I would prefer to be able to select a lower cost delivery option in times when I do not need my order urgently and able to wait a month or more for my items to arrive. Also, there is limited pointe shoes brand and variety from your company. There are now more students who wish to order pointe shoes without trying as they already know what fit them. Currently I need to shop at other online stores for pointe shoes order due to the limited selection at IDS.”

“The stock levels, particularly on IDTA branded products is often terrible and for very long periods of time. As the only supplier this is very frustrating for businesses like ours. On the positive side the shipping times seem to have improved from where they were 2-3 months ago.”

As far as the stock is concerned we are still catching up on some items where we had to find alternative sources and factories and we are working hard to get stock levels up to where they used to be.

“Very disappointed due to some items not turning up (needed for a performance next week, advised per picking slip that they’re to follow but then find you don’t have them at all but no correspondence to advise of this. I only found out when I called for update! Im now short of 6 costumes. I’ve now had to order huge sizes as only ones left which i'll have to pay a seamstress to alter.”

Thank you for the review and your custom over the last 14 years. Unfortunately Sale goods always go very fast and we had limited stock of many of the ones on offer. I am sorry we could not supply all those you wanted but not all styles had all sizes available. I hope you were able to take advantage of the incredibly low prices and get some that suited your needs.
